The Master, Wardens and members of the Company visited HMS Defender, a Class Type 45 destroyer. She was first commissioned in 2013 and after ten years of active service has been in dock undergoing a major refit from her original builders BAE. Although the crew say she is small, she certainly didn’t appear that way to the Company!
