The intent is to run two concurrent competitions, split by handicap, for up to 24 pairs, ideally. Each competition is likely to involve a round robin element followed by finals but actual formats will be subject to entries.

The following rules will apply:

  •  Entrants must have a valid current Real Tennis Online (RTO) handicap
  •  As last year, RTO doubles handicaps will be used except as follows:
    •  Those pairs with a handicap of 55-60 will play off a handicap of 55
    •  Those pairs with a handicap of over 60 will play off five points less than their handicap
  •  In the event of over subscription, entries will be on a first come first served basis with Companies being restricted to one pair

 Priority will be given to pairs from the same company but individuals may enter with partners being found for them by the organisers where possible

 Competitors and guests will be able to purchase their own refreshments and/or lunch from the Bar and Grille

  •  A Pol Roger champagne reception will be held before dinner
  •  A three course dinner will be served accompanied by fine wines supplied by Burnett and Herbert Fine Wines and port by Dow
