It was in 2008 when I was first asked if I would like to join the Worshipful Company of Farmers. To meet interesting people over a quarterly lunch, listening to great speakers talking on subjects of which I have had a lifelong interest. Yes please, I would love to apply.

I became a Liveryman in March 2009 and so my Livery journey started, and I realized the full extent of what the Livery had to offer. The Education programme is highly recognized within the industry and is crucial to the development of so many, both for their business and personally. The WCF works with the NFYFC encouraging the younger people in our amazing industry. We have a charitable section and work with Surrey Docks Farm. This is to name just a few.

Like many things, you get out of life what you put in. I am very involved with all aspects of Livery and I find it extremely rewarding. I love being part of this very special family perhaps you would to ……
